
Robert Bader
Chief Executive Officer
Bader came to Trover in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Business Development. From 1999 – 2002, he was Executive Vice President of Overpayment Operations and then Executive Vice President of Healthcare Sales and Client Solutions from 2002 – 2006. He served as President of Trover’s Healthcare Division for a year before being named CEO in November 2007.
Bader’s career prior to Trover included financial and operational positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky as well as audit and tax services with Ernst & Young. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Bader graduated magna cum laude from Bellarmine University with a BA in Accounting.
Bader serves on Bellarmine’s Board of Overseers as well as the Finance Committee for the University’s Board of Trustees. Bader is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Louisville Health Enterprises Network as well as on the Board of Louisville’s Fund for the Arts. Business First of Louisville has recognized Bader three times as among the Greater Louisville region’s “Leaders in Healthcare.”
Bader and his wife, Joanne, reside in Louisville along with their son.

Mike Garner
Executive Vice President, Client Solutions
Garner began his career with Trover in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Solutions for TransPaC Solutions, the company’s property and casualty recovery division. He served as President of that division in 2006 and 2007 until being named to his current position in 2008.
As Trover’s EVP, Client Solutions, Garner is responsible for relationships with Trover’s existing and future clients, overseeing sales, account management and marketing activities.
Prior to Trover, Garner was with CNA Insurance companies as Senior Vice President of Consulting and Human Resources as well as serving as Vice President of Sales for Policy Management Systems Corporation. He was also a Partner with Coopers & Lybrand, running their Midwest Consulting division.
Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Garner holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. Though working in Louisville, Garner’s home is in Chicago with his wife, Joan, and their two children.

Deb Murphy
Executive Vice President, Healthcare Operations
Murphy began her career with Trover’s Sales and Marketing team in 1992 and assumed her current position in 1998. In her present role, Murphy oversees operations of Healthcare Recoveries, the division of Trover Solutions managing subrogation and overpayments for the healthcare industry.
Prior to her career with Trover, Murphy was in the private banking and commercial lending business sector.
Murphy is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of Georgetown University. She resides in Louisville with her husband, their daughter and her two stepsons.

Daniel Gibson
Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, HR, Training & Development
Gibson came to work at Trover as the Senior Staff Attorney in 1997. He served as Trover’s Director of Legal Support Operations in 1998 and then Director of Litigation Specialists in 1999. He was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2006 and became Managing Partner of Gibson & Sharps, PSC., one of the nation’s largest law firms dedicated exclusively to subrogation. Among the firm’s key clients is Trover Solutions, for which the firm provides comprehensive litigation management services, legal research, training, case-based advice and negotiations.
Gibson was appointed to his current position in 2012, overseeing management of Trover's corporate law, human resources, talent and business development, and compliance and internal audit.
His experience prior to Trover includes service as the Assistant Commonwealth (KY) Attorney from 1990–1992 and working with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals Corp. from 1992–1995. Gibson practiced law privately until coming to Trover in 1997.
A Louisville native and father of four, Gibson is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Political Science and received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky School of Law. His professional affiliations include the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Gary Liter
Executive Vice-President, TransPaC Solutions
Liter is responsible for all operations, sales and account management of TransPaC Solutions, the company's division dedicated to recoveries for the property and casualty industry. Liter joined Trover Solutions in 1991 as a Senior Claims Examiner and has over 20 years of insurance services, subrogation, claims and management experience.
Liter graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in business and insurance and received his MBA in finance from Ball State University in 1999. He also holds the Chartered Property and Casualty designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
Liter resides in Madison, Indiana with his wife, Gerri and their three children. He is active with LEEP, Black Achievers Program and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Glen French
Chief Financial Officer
French became Trover’s Controller in early 2009 and was promoted to his current role several months later. As CFO, he is responsible for the company’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting and debt compliance departments as well as maintaining oversight of Trover’s Investment Committee.
French’s early career included serving as Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP from 1989 – 1995, Director of Financial Planning and Accounting for LG&E Energy Corp. from 1995 – 2005 and Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for SHPS, Inc. from 2005 – 2007. He was Chief Accounting Officer and Controller with Sypris Solutions, Inc. from 2007 – 2009 prior to coming to Trover.
A Louisville native, French graduated from Bellarmine University with a B.A. in Accounting and received his MBA (entrepreneurial emphasis) from the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and AICPA/CPA.
